He was predeceased by: his wife Dimple Jean Tillman; his son Allen Dale Tillman; his parents, George Tillman and Dollie Tillman; and his siblings, Edith Sherrouse, Vera Johnston and Donald Tillman.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Newell (Sandra) of Anniston, AL, Derrell Newell of Land O' Lakes, FL and Bruce Tillman (Suzanne Tillman) of Live Oak. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
