He is survived by: his wife Ruby Powell; his children, Eddie Powell, Dorothea Altman, Robert Powell, Jennifer Singleton, Yvonne Hensley, Bonnie Simpson and Karen Albritton; his children-in-law, Melissa Powell, Joel Altman, Lori Powell, Jeff Singleton, Danny Hensley and Sam Albritton; and his sisters, Barbara Rogers and Sarah Calvert.
