He is survived by: his wife Marcia Kapusta; his children, Travis Kapusta (Laura) of North Carolina, Kory Kapusta (Carla) of Kentucky and Markel Kapusta of North Carolina; his siblings, Greg Kapusta (Sherry) of Kentucky, Jeff Kapusta (Kellie) of Ohio, Jan Pacenta (Tom) of Ohio and Jill Kapusta (Rick Lewis) of Ohio; and his grandsons, Will Kapusta and Cole Kapusta.
