It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jesse Samuel Carter of Wauchula, Florida, born in Sarasota, Florida, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel C. Carter and Lillie Mae Carter; his daughter Christina Carter; and his brother Ben Carter. He is survived by : his sons, Kevin Carter of Wauchula and Michael Carter of Oklahoma City; and his sisters, Rachel Medley (Ken) of Jacksonville Beach, FL and Mildred Smith of Wauchula. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
