He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Stephens and Lucile Stull Stephens; and his brother Dean Stephens. He is survived by: his daughters, Diatrah Caye Stephens and Demerius "Dee" Turvy (Riddle); his sister Diane Stephens Burget; his grandchildren, Patricia Hodges of White Deer and Paul Piccione (Montana) of Billings; his great grandchildren, Carly Couch and Colton Couch of Stinnett, Texas.; and his wife Betty Kerns.
