He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Fields of Wauchula, FL.; his daughters, Summer Bolin (Brandon) of Lawrenceville, GA., Melissa Luesing of Lakeland, FL., Denise Whiteshield (Jacob) of Lakeland, FL. and Michelle Bush (Gene) of Lakeland, FL.; his brother Phillip Fields (Norma) of Atlanta, GA.; and his grandchildren, Shelby, Logan, Jayce, Trey, Garrett, Brylee, Alana and Ada.
