She was predeceased by: her parents, Alejandro Maldonado and Paula Maldonado. She is survived by: her spouse Guadalupe Ochoa Jr.; her daughters, Angela "Hutch" Hutchinson of Tarpon Springs, FL and Jennifer "Noey" Flores of Wauchula, FL.; and her siblings, Jesse "Juana" Maldonado, Mary "Nicholas" Mendoza, Lorraine "David" Cruz and Jose "Marisa" Maldonado.
She did volunteer work for several organizations such as, Take Stock, Red Cross, the American Cancer Society and Habitat for Humanity.
