He is survived by: his wife Valarie Bryant Baxter; his children, Joshua Baxter (Courtney), Kayla Sanders and Justin Estes (Ashley) of Tennessee; and his stepsons, Joel Mellen (Merri) and Isaac Sullivan of Florida. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and a host of family and friends.
