He is survived by: his wife Christina Turner of Webster, Florida; his children, David Jr. (Ashley), Bobby, Ember, Jaclynn and Christopher; his brother Curtis Perryman (Lisa) of Lake Panasoffkee; his grandchildren, Hailey, Hanna, Junior, Marshawn, William and Evelyn; and his great grandchild Hazel.
