He was predeceased by : his parents, Alma Vernell Hulon and Charlie Wallie Wood; his wife Henrietta Wood; and his siblings, Jim Wood, Merle Bazemore and Linda Helms Smith.
He is survived by : his children, Norma Jean, Sheila and Ricky; his stepsons, Clay Collins, Tommy Collins and Gary JoeHagelston; his sister Ann Pittman; and his nieces and nephews, Barbara Jarrett, Carl Helms, BruceRegister and Curtis Fall. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
