He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Maurice" Tedder and Opal Tedder Emily. He is survived by: his wife April Tedder Johnson; his daughter April Tedder Johnson; his grandchildren, Jason G Corbett, Aleta F Johnson and Trinity H Johnson; his stepfather Oscar Emily; his children, Brant and Karen; and his sister Jean Combs (Larry Combs) of Clemmons, NC..
A memorial gathering was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Christ's Family Christian Church (7461 S Suncoast Blvd, Homosassa, FL 34446). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bushnell National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
