He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Duke and Maggie Duke. He is survived by: his daughters, Paula (Nick Edenfield) and Tracy (Jeff Hornal); his grandchildren, Tyler LeCates and Kaitlin Arenas; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon LeCates, Kinsley Arenas, Konor Arenas, Kooper Arenas, Emberleigh LeCates and Charlie Arenas. He is also survived by his family and close friends.
