She was predeceased by: her husband James L. Billups, Jr.; and her grandson Adam Billups. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Scott (George) of Wellborn and James "Randy" Billups (Yvonne) of Lake City; and her grandchildren, Laura Walter (Scott), Michael Scott (Yulia), Sara Howell (Josh) and Connor Billups. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
