With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Andrew Elmore of Wellington, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Mary Wallace Hollingsworth of Sylvania and Albert Earl Elmore of Forest; his children, Holly and Andrew; his wife Jenifer B. Elmore; his daughters, Martha Hollingsworth Elmore (Holly) and Shelby Elizabeth Elmore; his brother John Edward Elmore; his sister-in-law Abby Moore Elmore; his nieces, Elzie and Emma Elmore; his nephew Jed Elmore of Atlanta, GA; his aunts and uncles, Edward Hollingsworth of Tuscaloosa, AL, John Hollingsworth of Hendersonville, TN, Lillie Gresham of Athens, GA and Panzey Maxwell of Franklin, TN; his father-in-law Charles E. Bobo of Shelbyville, TN; and his close friend Ronnie Green (ProPublica) of Falls Church, VA. He is also survived by his wife Jenifer's large extended family.
