He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles V. McAdam and Sally G.. He is survived by : his wife Brenda McAdam (Farnsworth); his son Brad McAdam of Stuart; his granddaughter Sarah McAdam of Stuart Florida; and his brother Tim McAdam (Alison) of Scottsdale, AZ.

Services for Sandy will be private, and, in lieu of flowers, any donations should be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute/Brenda F. McAdam Fund for bile duct cancer research, at 10 Brookline Place West. 6th floor, Brookline, MA 02445.
