He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Plunkett of Boynton Beach; his daughters, Brianna Martin of Orlando, Chloe Martin and Abigail Martin of Tampa; and his parents, Joseph Sliwa and Therese Sliwa (late Robert Martin) of Troy, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mark's memory may be made to an animal shelter or vet organization of one's choice.
