She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Tibbetts; her parents, Bernah Dee (Parris) and Marion Eertmoed; her siblings, Edna Jeanne Mayor (Hutson) and David Eertmoed; her nephews, Kenny Renner and Kent Renner; and her in-laws, Blanche (Calhoun) and Robert Tibbetts.

She is survived by: her daughter Tammy (Tibbetts); her son-in-law Michael Paul; her grandchildren, Abigail Paul (Travis Brown) of Raleigh and Jonathan Paul; her sisters, Kathy Morrow (Eertmoed) and Wanda Parker (Hutson) of Macomb, Illinois; her brother-in-law David Morrow; and her friend Anita Sanchez. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.
