He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Kunk (Matt) and Veronica Kunk (LaFollette); his son Thomas Jay Richard Kunk (TJ); his siblings, Alexis Knop (Keenan) of Huber Heights, OH, Tyler Kunk of Raleigh, NC and Matthew Kunk (Matt Matt) of Wesley Chapel; his fiancé Taylor Texiera; his daughter Mia of Wesley Chapel; and his grandparents, Jay, Donna Lafollette of New Carlisle, OH and Tom Kunk of Kettering, OH.
They ask that in lieu of flowers that donations may be made to a TJ Kunk scholarship fund.
