We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2024, at the age of 71, Cynthia J. Wagner of West Melbourne, Florida, born in Fort Madison, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, E. A. Patterson (Pat) and Eilene Patterson; her husband Bob Wagner; her brother Randy Patterson; and her brother-in-law Dan McGuire.

She is survived by : her sister Patti McGuire of Oak Ridge, TN; her nieces, Melissa Dumas (Ed) and Holly Cross (Rice); her great-niece Natalie Ward (Clark); her great-nephew Daniel Cross (Natalie) of Oak Ridge, TN.; and her extended family, Tammy Grauberger (Brad), Becky Lowry (Rick), Amanda and Bryant Lowry.
