She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Willis and Esther Raymond Willis; and her husbands, Dr. Robert Paul Johannessen and Col. Donald B. Ralph. She is survived by: her children, Robert Paul Johannessen Jr. (Mary Johannessen), Dr. Karl David Johannessen and Kristen L. Johannessen (Bruce S. Kaplan); her grandchildren, Lindsey Johannessen Roosa (Michael Roosa), David Andrew Johannessen and Reece Johannessen Kaplan; her great grandchild Charlotte Grace Roosa; her sisters, Jane Willis Morris (Virginia) and Ann Willis Gomez (Florida); and her sister-in-law Carol Johannessen Couse (Philip E. Couse).
