He was predeceased by: his father Walter Waxman (Papa Doc). He is survived by: his wife Edna Bass Waxman; his children, Adam Joseph Waxman and Heather Jacquelyn Waxman; and his brother Michael Waxman (Lorie). He is also survived by many other family members and wonderful friends.
