She was predeceased by: her former husband Paul Dungan Barnes; her husband Raymond Shepley, Sr.; her siblings, William H. Nettles, Olan Nettles, Latrelle Nettles Hall Smith and Jeanette Nettles Wagner; and her children-in-law, Linda Barnes and Robin Hurley.
She is survived by: her children, David Barnes (Maria) of East Palatka, FL, Carole Pate (James) of Orlando, FL, Patricia Holmes (Wallace) of Perry, FL, Martha Hurley of Hope Hull, AL and Margaret Breen of Crescent City, FL; and her brothers, Maurice Nettles, Troy Nettles and Marvel Nettles. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren.
