He was predeceased by: his parents, Constantino González and Manuela Lopez Molina. He is survived by: his wife Sonia Hermenia Guerra; his children, Sonia González Santiago (Felix), Elizabeth González Phillips (Ken) and Carlos Manuel González, Jr. (Nicole); his grandchildren, Nicholas Santiago, Christopher Santiago, Emily González, Jonathan Santiago, Ryan González and Joseph González; his sister Elba Morejon; and his sister-in-law Zoraida González. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins along with many friends.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (6411 Parker Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33405). A committal service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
