She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Teresa Rojas of Velasco and Ernesto Velasco Ibarra; her siblings, Olga Velasco, Ernesto Velasco, Mercedes of Fablalah, Ana Teresa of Morales, Cristina of Morales and Rosarido of Marquez; her daughters, Maria Smith Baldwin (Richard Baldwin) and Suzanne Smith; and her husband William Tabb (Bill).
