He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie; his children, David Rothermel Jr., Elysia Champagne (Arthur), Andrew Rothermel and Ashley Martinez (Jose); his grandchildren, Annabelle, River, Hali, Jiovanni and Alayna; his brothers, Herbert Rothermel Jr. (Mercedes), George Rothermel (Lisa), Robert Rothermel (Fran) and James Rothermel (Dawn); and his nephew Kenneth Rothermel Jr..
