He was predeceased by: his parents, Esteban Lantigua and Lucy Leveque. He is survived by: his children, Woody Louis, Eddy Louis, Jr. and Dr. Vanessa; his siblings, Pepito Lantigua (Lena), George Leveque and Josette Leveque; his former wife Marie Valcourt; his grandchildren, Anthony Louis, Jayden Louis, Jaylen Louis, Ariel Louis, Elijah Louis, Rebekah Louis, Joseph Louis and Moses Louis; and his great grandchildren, Faith and Leylani Louis.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (1000 Lantana Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33462).
