We announce the death of Hellen Maddox of West Palm Beach, Florida, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 17, 2026, at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Beasley and Ethel Beasley; her husband Andrew Wallace Maddox; her children, Andrew Mitchell Maddox, Calvin Lee Maddox and Detria Maddox; and her grandson Corey Maddox.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cassandra Bridges (George), Diane Maddox, Zenda Sanders (Shepard), Andrea Smith and Zelda Hunt; her grandchildren, Ayana Horn (Timothy), Zendalannette Thomas (Mario), Andreanna Jones (Vincent), Diana Dockery, Sabrina Collins, Nicole Beal (Darrien), Alexandria Brown (Terrell), Alaina Hundley (Chris), Darian Bridges (Courtney) and Elijah Hunt; and her nephew Julius Arnell Maddox. She is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
