She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Shaffer and Bertha Shaffer; and her husband James Westacott. She is survived by: her family Lana Urban; her son-in-law Patrick Urban; her grandsons, Alec Urban, Owen Urban and Maxim Urban; and her brother Roger Shaffer.
