JoAnn Corder McQuaid Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of JoAnn Corder McQuaid in West Palm Beach, Florida, born in New Lexington, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 5, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though JoAnn may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Earl Corder and Minnie Beatrice Allen Corder; her son David Lee; and her sisters, Jenny Bartlett and June Vansickle.
She is survived by: her husband Donald W. McQuaid; and her children, Wesley McQuaid (Rhonda), Dale McQuaid (Brenda), Renee Stembridge (Leigh) and Regina Ricker (Steve). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine's Episcopal Church (502 Druid Hills Rd, Temple Terrace, FL 33617).
