He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kokinda and Margaret Kokinda (Dziak). He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Chris (Kerri) and Steve (Jill); and his grandchildren, Cameron, Trent, Jackson, Caden and Kellan. He is also survived by brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews.
