He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie F. Sanders and Edna Ruthell Rogers; and his siblings, Tony Sanders and Belinda Howard. He is survived by: his significant other Karen; his daughters, Marsheena Rogers, Shandelyn Hanford (Derry) and Sharquita Jackson; his grandchildren, Rylen Price of Demarien, Xavier Hanford, Aiden Hanford and Deja Hanford; his godson Daniel McCray; his brothers, Ray Rogers (Linda), Chris Rogers (Paula), Bill Rogers and Curtis Grubbs; and his siblings' children, Martez Rogers, Derek Rogers, Tynika Rogers, Shequita Holt, Christina Rogers, Crisshada Rogers, Grady Howard and Nick Howard. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, extended family, dear friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church (1425 9th St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church (202 7th Ave, Ashford, AL 36312).
