With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Keith Hernandez of West Palm Beach, Florida, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He is survived by: his parents, Medardo Hernandez and Ana Hernandez; his significant other Amanda Michniak; and his sisters, Katherine and Jessica.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Keith's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Kidney Fund—two causes close to the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
