He is survived by: his parents, Denise Baker (Shelby) and William McDowell III; and his siblings, Lauren Blank (Ryan), Matthew McDowell (Megan) and Jonathon Basnett (Allison). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Laurel Home For Funerals (212 Ark Rd, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
