He was relentless in his pursuit for the perfect argument or brief and expected the same from his team. In addition to his brilliance, what set Lance apart was his manner. Even at the most precarious times in a dispute (or with bad facts), Lance remained cheerful, positive, life embracing and completely in love with the practice of law.”
