He was predeceased by: his parents, Olla Lowe and Ola Cynthia Lowe; his siblings, Levon Lowe (Marie) and Sandra Lowe Starkes (James); his son Nathaniel Lowe; and his nephew Andre Starkes.
He is survived by: his brother Clarence Lowe (Rosa); his uncle Joe; his aunt Dot Gallon; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Lowe, Na'Shayvia Lowe and DeAndre Walkers; and his nieces and nephews, Traci Lowe, LaTosha Lowe-Goode (Rodney), Tamica Starkes, Ericka Starkes, Kevin Lowe (Rebekah) and Lorenzo Lowe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
