He was predeceased by: his son Mark Mecca (Kristine); and his parents, Leonard Mecca and Carrie Mecca (Catalino). He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Mecca (Eppolito); his children, Lori Schwab (Joseph), Thomas Mecca (Patricia), Kimberly Pero (Peter) and Melonie Catalano (Louis); and his siblings, Carmella Cordaro, Lucy, Peter, Catherine, Ida, Louis, Vito and South of Florida. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
