She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Phillips and Vivian Phillips; her brothers, Benjamin, Edward, James, Floyd and Timothy; and her son Edward Eugene Mann.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tristan Emory Swart Mann and Morgan Lynn Mann.
