Green of Wallingford and Matthew C. Green; his sister Cynde Green of Wallingford; his siblings-in-law, Mary Johnson (Marty) of Durham and David Berardesca (Opal) of Wallingford; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn A. Green and Madison E. Green of Scottsdale, AZ; his nieces, Kate Mastronunzio, Monica Dario and Natalie Berardesca; Tricia Green. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
