He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Burguet Lopez and Carmen Lopez (Menendez); his wife Aurora Lopez (Nuevo); and his siblings, Joseph, Julius Lopez, Rose Meyer, Anita Gonzalez, Connie Lopez and Hope Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his son Charles Gary Lopez (Rebecca); and his grandchildren, Whitney Kellie Lopez and Charles Tyler Lopez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
