She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene H. Swearingen and Virginia Swearingen (Thompson); her son Christopher; and her brother Stephen. She is survived by: her husband John Hardy; her daughter Shannon; and her cousins, Nevra Schiavon, Reina Swearingen and Rebecca Cimaglia.
