Johnson-Howell of Westville, FL; his children, Lori McMahan of Bonifay, FL, Lisa Bush, Lincoln Howell (Angela) of Bonifay, FL and LeaAnn Byrd (Joey Sellers); his grandchildren, Tyler McMahan, Nichola Hobbs, Trevor Bush, Drew Howell, Dakota Howell, Dalton Howell, Ava Pharis and Kolby Byrd; his brothers, Greg Howell (Susie) of Bonifay, FL and Marty Howell (Deborah); his stepdaughter Sharah Tidwell; and his stepgrandchild Breah Tidwell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
