She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin H. Spears and Daisy Bostic Spears; her daughter Lisa Zerick; and her siblings, Wilmer, Cawthon, Hamp Spears, Dahlia Harrellson, Gladys Burgess, Willie Bell Galloway and Eula Pearl Hannah.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Zerick (Jacquelyn), Jon Zerick, Joy Bush and Toni Zerick. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
