He is survived by: his children, Micah Leavins of Westville, FL, Tammy King (Terry) of Westville, FL, Pam Ard of Navarre, FL, Amy Arnold (Kym) of Geneva, AL and Chandra Clark (Allen) of Florence, MS; his grandchildren, Cole Ellenburg, Jericha Williamson (Daniel), Robert Ard, Matt King, Sarah King, Kathryn Lolong (TJ), Amber Mock (Pepper), Jordan Arnold, Summer Starnes (Wes), T. C. Clark (Brie) and Heath Clark (Heather); his siblings, Mirilyn Boyd (Arnold) of Westville, FL, Perry Wilton Leavins (Kathy) of Crestview, FL and Mark Leavins (Jennifer) of Westville, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Tanya Crews (Jerry) and Dennis Baker of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
