She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Gene Lee; her son James Craig Lee; her siblings, Iva Jean Tharp and Charles Lee Tharp, Sr.; her father Leroy Jackson Tharp; and her grandson Christopher Andrew Lee.

She is survived by: her son Randall Kirk Lee (Karen Lynn); her grandchildren, Kelly Lorene Lee, Kacy Georgette Lee, Brandon Kirk Lee, Kassidy Aubrey Lee, Heather Melissa Lee, Justin Carl Lee, Jessica Anna Lee and Billy Lloyd Lee; and her great grandchildren, Jameson Cassius Lee and Edward Kirk Lee.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (247 N Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
