He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Altman and Carrie Williams Altman; and his siblings, JB Altman, Lonzie Altman, Morris Altman, Willa Mae Raulerson, Mallavene Crawford, Phyllis Upchurch, Pearlie Taylor and George Ray Altman.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Wiggins Altman; his children, Wilbert K. Altman (Victoria), Martin G. Altman and Jamie D. Miller (Steve); his grandchildren, Megan N. Holcomb (Lance), Lindsay R. Henry (Matt) and Steven G. Miller; his great grandchildren, Corrine Henry and James David Henry; and his siblings, Albert Altman (Laverne), Margaret Altman, Linda Sue Tyre and Peggy Keves (Bill). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to White Springs Methodist Church, P.O. Box 204, White Springs, Florida 32096, in honor of Wilbert's life and enduring faith.
