Patrick leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Patrick’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Patrick will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhea Jacobs and Nicholas Jacobs; his brother Michael; and his sons, Nicholas and Clifton Jacobs.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Liz); and his daughters, Erin Stevens and Monica Drury (Kyle Lane). He is also survived by his many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. And many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (5323 E County Rd 462, Wildwood, FL 34785).
