He was predeceased by: his parents, Nestor Peña and Adelaida Peña; and his wife Rebeca Siaca of Pena. He is survived by: his children, Alberto Peña Siaca Jr. (Iris), Rebeca Savona (John) and Nestor M. Peña Siaca (Angelica); his grandchildren, Tanahiriana Peña Guzman, Nestor E. Peña Gonzalez (Leisdi), Brandon A. Savona, Nesmarie Peña Gonzalez (Deyve) and Marynes Peña Gonzalez; and his great grandchildren, Nestor A. Peña Morales and Amir A. Morales Peña.
