He is survived by: his wife Janet Hoopaugh; his children, Stephen Hoopaugh and Erin Woolley (Zach); his grandchildren, Penelope, Violet and Parker; his siblings, Jeannine Holley (James), Christy Yarborough (Will), Victoria Hazel (Justin), Misti Hoopaugh, Clark Holley (Tayte) and Richard Holley (Robin); and his sister-in-law Laurie Hoopaugh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
