He is survived by: his wife Janell Gomes of Florida; his children, Denise Cagley-Jefferson of Jamaica, Georgia, Derrick Sparks-Franklyn (Joanne) of Florida, Rhiannon Harrell (Dusty) of Kentucky and Michael Franklyn of Florida; and his sister Alma Bybee (Jerry) of California. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
