He is survived by : his children, Wanda Priest Fox (Dennis), Eric Priest (Nancy) of Hurt and Catherine Rose Davis (Dennis) of Williamsburg; his siblings, Barbara Weeks (Billy), Patricia Fugate, Reggie (Diane) and Hallie (Karen) of Williston; his grandchildren, Daniel Richard Priest of Dorr, Amanda Jane Priest of Chesapeake, VA, Eric Daniel Priest Jr. of Pittsburg, PA, Mathew Grayson Priest of Poquoson, VA, Michelle Falin, Jeremy McClellan of Williamsburg, VA and Andrew Lipsky (Savannah) of Limestone Tennessee; and his great grandchildren, Mako Lipsky and McKenzie Meador.
